July 2018
I will be away on holidays during the next two weeks, so I had to write July’s monthly report right now.I wrote July’s monthly report at the beginning of the month but I didn’t have time to publish it. Here it is.
July monthly report
How should I describe a whole month in one word? Would it be hot? Would it be healthy or maybe even revolutionary? I think it was a good month. I’ve done so many things…
MAMAdesigner
It was a productive month on the blog – I wrote and published 5 new posts, including one very inspirational post, one imperfect DIY and three posts with super cool stuff to download. I’m especially happy with 35 photo cards for child’s first year of life – it was something I’ve wanted to do since my daughter was born.
The statistics are even better than in last month. In July MAMAdesigner had almost 400 Unique Users and over 770 Page Views.
For me and my daughter it was the time for having nice decorations (new posters and pillows in her room) and getting her photos in order. It was also the time of playing new stuff and having a lot of fun – I hope I will publish a post about it on the blog.
TUTSY
Nothing. None. Nada! It’s the first time I did a complete zero for Tutsy this year. I was working on the latest challenge and I got stuck. Then I realized I am the one making rules on this blog and I can change those announced earlier. I don’t have to finish one post before another – that was one of the rules. So I hope that after my two-week-long holidays I will return with some fun stuff on Tutsy.
The stats: no posts = no readers. It’s worse than last month: 880 Unique Users and over 1304 Page Views.
Enclave Games
I did prepare some cool graphics for the VR demo game. I’ve also finished js13kGames 2018 t-shirt artwork – it’s still under review.
Other projects and private stuff
I’m publishing more on my Instagram, as I wanted to do that anyway after June’s photo challenge.
I was on diet the whole month – and I said goodbye to 6 extra kilos – yay me!
I got some new clothes and it’s always a nice thing.
I had a whole weekend for myself.
I bought some cool cosmetics and I’m in love with them.
I bought ultra-super stuff from the shop with Montessori things for me and my daughter – it’s awesome.
I bought some flowers for myself.
I played like crazy with my kid.
I bought this gorgeous shop cart for my daughter’s Barbie doll.
I’ve read two books (“Little Princess” and “Thief of Time” – from Pratchett’s “Discworld”) and bought some new ones (“The Six Bullerby Children” and “What we see in the stars”).
We saw red Moon (Moon eclipse) and I was storytelling to my daughter about the stars.
I’ve polished my nails after what felt an eternity.
I’ve started to print and organize photos of my child.
I got back to Linkin Park’s music after a year long break caused by Chester’s death.
I fell in love in Twenty One Pilots’s Deama idea and it got me thinking about my secret project and I’m feeling like I’m closer to find a nice solution to that.
All those was fun. As I said – it was a good month.
